If you have any questions regarding a pet currently being treated at Northwest Animal Hospital or your pet has recently had surgery, Dr. Jodi Houts can assist you with answers to your questions. If you are not a current client, please call (402) 597-2911. Thank you!

She can be reached at (402) 943-7801 until 9:00 pm. If it is during hospital business hours, please call the office number at (402) 572-1280. 

Sometimes, it is unclear whether a situation is an emergency or not. We can discuss your situation and determine if your pet needs to be seen immediately or wait until the following day.

Emergency After-Hours Visits Available

Dr. Houts sees some emergencies after hours with limited staff. 

If your pet has a more serious condition that will likely result in overnight care or surgery, you will be referred to a hospital that has overnight staff available. Emergencies after 9:00 pm or ones that are more critical in nature are referred to the same emergency facilities.
